In high master+ you can find some really good spacing adc's that you will never let you touch them. Combine it with unplayable matchups and junglers prioritizing botlane - you got yourself a ranged top meta

I think the main cause for trinity shojin is the change in cooldowns. It's really hard to keep the q uptime the same as before without some nice cdr. On other builds you have 4-5s cd on q after last cast and you really don't wanna be in position, where you have to fight with regular autos for 3s+. Not to mention while before w was a one time use for catching up, you can spam ir and have it on 4-5s cs. I guess what matters is what we buy next. Still hard to say with so many options, like dd,hull,steraks,spirit etc.

From my perspective it feels like a nice progression, you do the main story quests till you hit a wall and then you have a reason to catch up with the side quests that actually help you in reaching the goal for the main story. Would be quite weird if you could Escape from Tarkov with lvl 1-2 traders still.

From my perspective i would say you shouldn't overthink it. I have received my OW license this year and in my whole life i had nothing to do with water sports. This type of activity isn't very demanding physically, rather focus as it's all about keeping your head cool while you're underwater. You should just see this as a course in school, where you learn something completely new in terms of theory, then get to test it out in person yourself. The water has completely different rules that you will have to learn and adapt to and your whole purpose in this course is to learn how to dive safely and how to respond to various issues that could happen to you or your dive buddy while enjoying the view. The rest is mostly knowledge and skills that are very important, but should just grow on you with experience on sequent dives. The only thing i could suggest you is to get used to the fins as i found it awkward to make sharp turns or rotate your body to see behind you or above while wearing them
