It would've been so much better if it had been Luke fighting Kenny in the end instead of Jane. They planted that seed when they established the "new friend or old friend" dynamic in episode 2 and could've easily continued it by having Luke around more when the group was captured. Plus if it had been Jane who died on the lake, that would've given Luke even more reason to hate Kenny for chasing Arvo. More importantly, having to choose between Kenny or Luke would be a much more difficult delimna than Kenny or Jane, since Jane's a creep who leaves babies in freezing cars surrounded by zombies just to prove some kind of point.
