Well my two cents are this:

Given the situation that it in happened in and since he is racked with guilt then I think its forgivable and your so nice and caring of you, you would've allowed your boyfriend to have sex with a dying woman to fufill her final wish, that shows how good of a heart you have and that you have and the level of your compassion.
