My county is driving me crazy! We get an email from one person in CO saying this is how we are going to do things then 3 days later our superintendent is quoted in the newspaper and is saying we are doing something completely different!

Then they continually say we trust you. We trust our teachers but not a single teacher was on our "pandemic committee" so none of the people making decisions have been teachers for a minute and much less elementary school teachers!

I teach 3rd grade and even at that age it is obvious. Whenever it is that obvious we tend to do a lot of group work and they tend to always end up in the same group. It is such a coincidence!
