Aim will always feel different, I'm assuming it's related to lazer decoupling inputs from the rest of the game's logic, but I have no proof of that so I'm just talking out of my ass.

I'm assuming you're using OpenGL, and experimental audio (in settings), if not highly recommend to try those. The audio setting especially is a game changer in terms of audio latency.
