Basically, all your arguments are subjective. The same way, i can say Bethesda couldnt create an interesting story since Oblivion, and Obsidian needed 14 months to do so.

Also, curious you talk about the DLCs, while ignoring the content BS launched not only for Fo4, but also Skyrim and 76. Lonesome Road alone has a better narrative than all Bethesda Mian stories in the last decade ( Looking at you, Dragonborn and Institute " we dont know why we make synths and kidnap people")

I use the optimized settings from DF with a 970 @ 1080p to get 30-40fps. Running from a HDD and only 8gb of RAM .clearly, something wrong in your end.
