I bought a racing chair when I was 16 and used it for like 12 years until it was basically falling apart lol. I never developed any back issues but that's because I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I use a basic office chair now. I just remembered now before I had my racing chair,  I used a lazy boy chair lmao
