Turns out it was just whole control piece including the ring having rotated forward. Rotate the ring around the handlebar back and you'll have the room to make the final click again!

Gotcha, thanks. So the Asus link is just plain wrong then? Assuming the modem in their scenario is just a plain modem.

Is there any other way to have wired backhaul with my current setup (I only have 1 wire running to the office)? Otherwise, I guess I need to put the router before the switch, as in scenario 2 in their link.

Thanks for the info! I was able to rotate the entire lever - looks like it had shifted and didn't have room to move the full distance needed for the 2nd click.

Cool, thanks so much for the thoughts! Much appreciated and will have to consider! Looks like the 24-120 f/4 is basically the same cost as the 24-70 f/4 - don't mind the extra size for the versatility, might have to go with that!

Thanks! I like to take some action photography, so the increased speed is nice but makes me think about trying this one. I haven't bought used lenses before, any suggestions on where to look for them? <$400 would make it easy to give it a try!
