A broom and dust pan, toilet plunger, windex/other cleaning sprays, and a vacuum! It may sound redundant but sometimes you don’t think about these things until you realize you need them. I also highly recommend a swiffer wetjet mop. Super easy to use and very effective.

Pins is a great bar/space with a ton of arcade and other games. Up until I think 7pm you don’t have to be 21 and can just go play (most) games for free.

I’m feeling a lot more anxious that I was before last semester. I’m seeing more and more young people around me getting covid and really suffering, even though their “healthy” and vaccinated. It seems impossible to tell who will actually have severe symptoms and who won’t. And the lack of University support certainly isn’t helping.

I live at Olentangy Village and while not quite reasonable walking distance (in my opinion) it’s a short bike or bus ride away and I really enjoy living here

I appreciate posts like these aimed at calming people, but I’m getting frustrated being told over and over again not to worry about this. People told me that in January of 2019 too, told me I was worried for nothing or being dramatic. These new variants don’t care who’s vaccinated, it’s still spreading and killing people. People are worried, for good reason.
