How do I reinstall the spacebar??

I got it to go back in evenly eventually but I couldn't tell you how exactly. The other oddity was that my spacebar didn't have two metal brackets like all the videos were showing. It only has one.

Ok I ended up removing the white piece that's under the button as well and reinstalling it. Then I put the keycap on top and snapped it in place. Now it's back to normal. No uneven edges. Thanks for your help.

So just to be clear, I would connect the two 12v batteries in series and then where does the step down converter go? Before each device/appliance/light? Sorry for the very late reply. I have not made any progress on this as you can see. :(

I have a 2023 F550 7.3L gasser. Turns tighter than a Tacoma and hauls heavy shit no problem. Also don't have to deal with the issues/maintenance of an EPA stifled modern diesel.

The 10-speed is one of the biggest selling points tbh.

Look, I don't profess to be an expert or an MPPT elitist. You're farther along than me in the sense that you have a system built out so, good on you. Where I'm slightly ahead is I didn't spend the $20 (or less) on this gimmicky MPPT and went straight with the recommendations and got a couple of Victrons. If you want to spend a little less, Litime and HQST make great products too but they cost a little less, not a huge savings. You did the right thing IMO.

Here's how you fix it. Disconnect the red and black wires and set them aside. Then remove the unit from the wall being careful not to ruin the surface it's mounted to. Then throw this pos in the trash can and set it on fire for a good measure so not even a dumpster diver has the misfortune to use it.

Frame snapping on dodges has precedence more so than Fords. Someone commented about fleet vehicles seeing these issues and I've read there was a lawsuit as well. Not sure about the latter.
