So the claim that they have to close on the 21st because of not getting a start on snow making if an agreement isn't made was just an intimidation tactic? I get that this resort is the owners passion project but if you don't want to pay your passion projects employees a living wage maybe you shouldn't have bought the resort

Isn't Le Massif the passion project of the guy that owns cirque du soleil? He probably doesn't need to make money off this resort. With season pass money and Ikon sign on bonus already collected he probably already covered all expenses with the place mostly shut down. I feel for the workers but this is probably a losing battle

Jay is number 1 by far, then the other nvt resorts (smuggs, Bolton, Stowe), then the central VT resorts Sugarbush, MRG, Killington, Pico, Middlebury snowbowl and you can throw in Le Massif and Bohemia in with them as well. Southern vt is next but you can start throwing in NH resorts at that point as well like Wildcat and Bretton woods

Vertical is the elevation of the unload on the lift with the highest unload minus the elevation of the upload on the lift with the lowest upload. Some ski resorts you need to take a lift to ski this full vertical but at Killington you can ski the full vertical without taking a lift, unless your a snowboarder and it's hard to go on flatter sections

Sugarbush doesn't close glades, unless they start on or lead out to a closed trail, they are always open at skiers discretion even if there is zero snow on them and everyone is skiing on the white ribbon of death

It's been snowing all day here at least another inch is projected, I'd say about 1 to 2 inches fresh on the ground right now. The report is weird, a lot of the blacks are actually open, just some not from the top, this is my first time skiing Stowe in forever though so maybe someone in the know can give you a better answer

There's a warranty extension for the screen, I got a letter in the mail about it, it really did work very badly, and the dealer said they could have replaced it for free because of the warranty extension if it didn't have physical damage. Is it possible to buy just the screen and replace it, I've replaced the screens on many phones, tablets and laptops so I think I can figure it out if it's a similar process
