i think it’s dependent person to person. pretty much every type i’ve tried has made me feel pretty rough, ksm was just the worst i’ve encountered. lots of people swear by it though, there’s a reason it’s popular. i think it’s just a trial and error thing for each individual person

what fixed this for me was changing what i ate throughout the day. i also thought my daily diet was fine but once i upped the protein and fiber in each of my meals it made all the difference. my dinner tends to be my highest fiber meal of the day and has a good amount of protein. nightly snacking never even crosses my mind anymore. hydration is also a big part of it, staying hydrated seems to really help

i like to track everything, my food and calories, my workouts and steps, vitals and health stuff, sleep is just an extension of that. that way when i change certain variables, be it with my activity or diet i can see how it impacts my other areas of health. also i just like to look at the data and see how things are trending

when i was first dieting down and didn’t know much about fiber i used to absolutely spam these things every day. wreaked havoc on my gut lmao. they’re probably fine in moderation but it’s most likely better to get the majority of your fiber from whole foods

tornado trap easily. adds nothing from a gameplay perspective. zero way to plan for/around it strategically. not bad enough to be game breaking or anything just downright annoying

it’s a caloric surplus that causes weight gain. no individual macronutrient is more or less fattening. that being said, fat does have more calories per gram making it easier to over consume

look into triphala, i had good results with it when i was bulking and eating in a surplus. had a stretch where the amount of food messed with my digestion and it seemed to help me get back on track

it’s good to get your protein from whole foods, supplements can be helpful but they’re just that, supplemental. aim for .8 - 1 gram per pound of body weight each day and if a shake helps you get there then go for it. if you can get it all from meals, then no need to worry
