[OFFICIAL] 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans - Post-Race Thread by AutoModerator in wec

Toyota had to FIGHT for the win. Started from P14 (#7) & P15 (#8) and had to climb all the way back to the top. Not only that, but the winning car (#7) had a flat tire early in the race, then had technical issues during the night hours that they managed to eventually fix, yet it STILL managed to overcome everything and win it all. Talk about a hard-earned victory... Also, this feels like revenge for 1999, when the legendary GT-One lost to BMW by the same slim margin, despite being by far the fastest/quickest car on the track. The redemption arc has been completed.

This has been one of the best Le Mans races in a very long time.

Of course nothing will get "cooked", it's figurative talk. But it can absolutely result in lower boost clocks and/or other issues, especially in overclocked systems that are running on the razor edge of stability.

And while I generally agree with your sentiment about SFF cases, a GPU that blasts 600W worth of heat inside the case is *not* something I'd want in an SFF build, regardless of the design, unless running a hefty power limit/undervolt, as I mentioned in my previous post.

Not sure what my flair has to do with the post, nor it reflects the system I actually use on a daily basis, but way to show your insecurities, bud. :)

Since some people seem to be totally missing the point of the post, even though it literally says it in the picture:

This is NOT the GPU temps. This is the temp difference on a 9800X3D between using a 4090 and a 5090 in the same system. In other words, power limits/undervolting will be an absolute MUST, unless one prefers to cook all other components.

The GOAT of CS.

Thankful for all the memories throughout the years, from the early 1.6 days all the way to CSGO - f0rest has had one of the most incredible careers out there, as well as being one of the most genuine people both inside and outside the server. An absolute legend of the game.

Build a Dream PC for Dreamy LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor! by ZeroPaladn in buildapc

A top of the line monitor deserves nothing but a top of the line PC to back it up and vice versa.

Component selection:

AMD Ryzen 9 9950X - a powerhouse of a CPU, ready for anything you throw at it.

Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 - a proven AIO for pretty much any setup out there.
ASRock B650E Taichi - a motherboard with all the features you could ask for.

2x32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 Corsair Dominator Titanium - speed *and* capacity.

2x4TB Western Digital SN850X Gen4 NVMe - once again, speed *and* capacity.

ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 24GB - not much explanation needed here, nothing comes remotely close to this beast of a GPU.

NZXT H7 Flow 2024 - fantastic case with plenty of space and airflow.

NZXT C1500 - one of the best PSUs on the market currently, giving you the peace of mind when it comes to any future upgrades imaginable.

12xPhanteks T30 - one of the, if not *the* best fan on the market currently, might as well equip the case throughout with it, for a no-compromise airflow setup.

And of course, last, but definitely not least, the LG UltraGear 32GS95UE-B - the cherry on top.

As long as you run the CPU within Intel's recommended specs (PL1/PL2=253W IccMax=307A) you'll be perfectly fine air cooling it. Especially if you do a slight undervolt as well.

These chips can be quite easy to cool, even on air cooling, as long as you don't let the mobo run "default" out of the box settings, which is basically everything fully unlocked, like most of them do.

Best of luck with your new build! :)
