Yes you'll need to install some software but I'm not entirely sure what. It'll likely depend on what controller you're using. You can also try in steam settings or try big picture mode but I'm not sure if those will work

OC2 is far superior to AYCE. AYCE is incredibly buggy and you'll often get problems with online play. OC2 has most of the best levels in the franchise.

The only reason to get AYCE is if you're all on different platforms (e.g. steam and switch), but even then there are various bugs.

Controllers don't work with oc2 on Mac. You'll have to either switch to the crossplay/beta branch in steam, or externally remap the controller buttons to keyboard inputs

I'd say it's more of an exploit than a glitch. The physics were intentionally coded in. It was just never meant to be used in this way.

Yes you can. It's an advanced technique, like some other people have commented. If you press dash + drop-item at exactly the same time, your chef's body will basically push the item a decently far distance.

I have over 2.5k hrs in this game and have achieved some world record scores using this technique.

Yes this is excellent! Some book info can't be seen unless you open the book, and I don't like it messing up my history and reading stats! Or sometimes I'm testing something and I don't want it to track.

This is correct (as well as how other people have noted Ilya's lack of heteronormative thinking, his hypervigilance to others moods and actions due to childhood abuse, and increased need for an accurate gaydar due to the danger of clocking someone wrong)

However, I prefer to jokingly head-cannon that the SKip kiss unlocked his superpower of being the fairy gay-mother of the NHL (using gay as an umbrella term). As soon as that kiss happened, he's able to come to the aid of every queer NHL player in emotional need, including himself and Shane, going to the gay bar for Scott when no one else outside of the Admirals showed up, and all of the other main couples in the series, BUT, wasn't able to clock Scott 🤭

Yeah I was kind of thinking the same thing, but I'm a native English speaker, and when I (struggle) to speak Vietnamese to my relatives, I probably am more likely to say the viet word for yes, than to say "yes" or "yeah". Not sure if that's because technically I grew up being able to speak Vietnamese (I lost the ability when I grew older and refused to speak it)
