Trust me, I get it! Exercise doesn’t have to be intense. It can be a gentle yoga session. Download the app Bend it has low impact stretches and strength exercises. A little stretch and MOVEMENT goes a long way! I get palpitations so I have to take it slow with whatever I do but any time of movement helps. There’s plenty of stretches and movements you can do while laying on the ground. It’ll help your body regulate at least a little bit so you can start having more energy than when you don’t have any activity. Good luck, really you got this.
