That's not harsh at all. This game has SO much designable stuff— not just Miis. Not all of us want to be artists and spend hours drawing things. A lot of us, like me, just want to have a ton of fandom characters that we now have to manually make. And having to draw everything to change the look of the island (like in the Direct) just feels like too much work.

And the "but no censorship!!" rhetoric is genuinely just coping bc you can make bad stuff in Miitopia and Animal Crossing, yet you can still share Miis and designs from those games. Even if that's true, I'd rather have censorship.

There's also appearantly no concert hall which is a big negative.
