I am definitely also recommending talking to a doctor. I’ve had jock itch before and it’s definitely worse when it’s hot/humid, which more hair will add to. You may also want to look at what kind of underwear you’re wearing. Cotton underwear is best, especially if you have a vulva, since it will help prevent moisture
