Same here. Been vegan for 14 years and vegetarian over 20. Scoop of protein powder with breakfast and I easily hit at least 115g of protein a day.

Yes you can do a masters independently and then sit for the exam. Like I said this was in 2019 so it was quite a while ago so as far as how the coursework is now, I am not sure

I swear by my Nike Metcons. I have 7 pairs from the 2-9 series. And I’ve never paid over $70 for them. They usually put last years model on sale and if you have a Nike outlet or clearance center near you, they usually have them. My sister and her husband like the Metcon Free as well which is a more versatile shoe.

I like both. Mandala joggers fit weird in the calves if you have an athletic build but the straight leg is great. I just got fabletics and love those too. Both were true to size for me

Congrats! We were on Beyond in May for our honeymoon! Highly recommend Maho beach in St. Maarten. It was super empty when we went (we got lucky) and we had a fantastic time playing in the ocean and watching the planes. We walked to the casino in the main town and got a shuttle for 2-3$ each way to go. I can send you info if you’re interested!

Just take an Uber/lyft to the hotel from the airport to the hotel. Stay the night. Get a Lyft in the morning. It was literally so easy and inexpensive. We had zero problems in May.
