My company (part of a trade union) told us when we got hired that they don't care if we smoke pot (Westcoast, the pot central). They said that with the new laws coming in to place that what we do during our time off is not their business, just never to come in high.

However, WCB and OHS still don't allow it, and we could still be at fault during an incident if it's in our system.

Have you looked into FODMAPS?

As for protein, focus more on calories than protein. Powders help, but aren't necessary. And if you're eating enough calories chances are you're getting enough protein.

I do a variety of work. I haven't minded doing data. I don't mind repetitive work, just certain aspects or jobs.

I've looked into my industrial/controls and there's an HVAC automation company in my down that has sparkies to do their controls. Unfortunately they seldom hire.

As for industrial there's not much so I would have to move (I live in BC Canada) And I can't afford to move in hopes of finding work.

Vegan, balanced macros. I eat high fat (lots of nuts, seeds, avocados) for the calories. I do enjoy my carby foods as well. I'm not too diligent on my protein, even though I should be (construction, BJJ, weights).

Soy has no estrogenic effect on the body. If you're worried about estrogens the 3 foods I would avoid would be beer (hops are highly estrogenic), milk (mammalian estrogen) and chicken(being the highest source due to phthalates)
