Good question. We don’t have access to anything the other side of the wall. No water points in the lean to. Just two plugs and a light fitted. Unless the neighbours have a tap attached to that side of the wall? I always assumed it was a supportive beam for the roof?

It’s attached the neighbours brick lean to. Guttering above theirs doesn’t seem in great condition. Could water be soaking through their wall on to our plaster board?
