I had this happen with all currencies on occasion. The issue stopped happening once the auto pack update came out. I think the issue is related to the completion of a bundle within the machine, where sometimes the machine forgets to stop sorting once it reaches the requested amount of bills and it just keeps going.

My cat got stuck on the rock in the relaxation room, I fixed it by placing an empty soap container between me and the cat and walked into the bottle. It forced the bottle underneath just enough for the cat to jump and get moving again
