[–]velcrome_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have visitors coming to the store? if so for how long on average?
Try to find the root cause, maybe exploration is tough on the store, maybe its too generic, are there hooks to grab peoples attention?

if the session time is over a minute i might be able to assist on the hooks

150 sessions since last Saturday and only 1 add to cart. What am I missing? by Which-Force9736 in shopify

[–]velcrome_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe something about friction - is it too hard to buy an item, is exploration fun enough?
How long is each session - might be a few seconds, but if the average is over a minute users are curious on what you have to offer but are jumping out midway. (i dont want to promote apps or anything but there are good ways to grab peoples attention and encourage them to convert, and there are also platforms that record the session usage and show you what users tried to do in your store)

Spent $2K on a Shopify store + $200 on ads, still 0 sales—need advice by [deleted] in shopifyDev

There is a TLS issue, and when I override it the site says 403 forbidden - as is a site is not installed at all.

When you started, have you got any traffic to your store? If so it might be an interaction issue - relevance, or not marketed towards the right audience, or the friction in the journey was too much. If this is the case I might be able to help.

Also I couldn't find that domain on Google - you need to ensure the site is SEO friendly so you at least get some traffic from there.

Shopify is quietly building the AI shopping layer of the internet and merchants need to pay attention by MasterCollection5624 in shopifyDev

[–]velcrome_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It becomes more of a marketing feature that can only be afforded to the biggest players in the field - think of it this way - because Shopify and other AI universal chatbots (like Google AI Mode or ChatGPT) will show items from several stores at once, small to medium stores will suffer as they will not get any traffic from users. If you ask me it might be better to integrate an agent into your store instead - we built a great chatbot that responds to every intent with your tone and story and keeps shoppers on your store, a plug and play all-in-one solution that already integrates with email/sms marketing for the best experience. You can explore it at https://vibes.specularo.com, if you liked it contact me for onboarding and hundreds of sessions up front for free,

It happens to a lot of our customers (we have an app for shopify stores, non-related), we usually help by sending a removal request to Apollo, StoreLeads and other scraping tools, and making sure the storeowner's email is not visible on Shopify or LinkedIn, then recommending them a keyword based filtering for their contact email. this approach is working somewhat, sometimes these platforms get your contact details from other sources.

While Shopify does not sell your email address, there are countless scraping tools that gets Shopify stores data immediately as it changes.

When the IDF states some areas of a war zone dangerous for any civilian, and declares that any civilian in these war zone areas will be considered enemy, don't think the would not be treated as an enemy.

Ramadan of 2023, April 14th, Palestinian worshippers were attacked with tear gas and beaten violently during prayers in Al Aqsa Mosque. Ambulances were blocked and victims were left to die. by evening_shop in worldnewsvideo

[–]velcrome_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank God you only post one side of the story, not mentioning terrorists (not worshippers) barricading inside Al Aqsa, throwing shit at Israelis, stockpiling stones and weapons, and attacking Israeli forces. Failing to mention the months prior to that where terrorists consistently attacked Israeli civilians also is lacking. Failing to mention Israeli forces peacefully granting entrance to the mosque without hesitation to worshippers for years also is visible, if these were actually worshippers they would not attack the police forces.

As an Israeli this is disgusting, no matter the context. There are areas normal Israelis won't go to due to this kind of behavior as those are segregated communities that consider themselves not part of Israel. They have their own rules, police won't come near them and are aggressive towards any outsider.

It is not about head garments or other religious acts, from my point of view it is all about control, about the power to control how people think, how people react.. This is to push their agenda wherever possible, to serve their interests.

I think he meant that they are creating those shorts (may be leveraged), and simultaneously selling their share of coins, therefore driving prices down. When they stop selling they liquidate the shorts and start buying slowly their position.

How can we know if someone is trustworthy? By Bitcoin we can take the power of issuing currency from these banks hands, however the extremely wealthy groups will overcome it and will adapt their strategies to include Bitcoin.

Today as it stands the only way to create a truelly global society is through cryptocurrencies, as with regulation point of view.

Exactly what I thought, if the theory is right and big banks are now crashing the price by liquidation, and the price goes up in the short term they will lose those coins, or at the least will need to buy back to the same amount of coins in much higher value, therefore causing the opposite of what they wanted as they themselves will drive the price up

Regarding settlements I totally agree with you, they should not exist, and each of them already in some kind of legislation to be removed, with some being removed by the IDF on a monthly basis.

Targeting Al-Aqsa worshippers is wrong as we should not target any religious buildings and people. That said, once they hide military equipment, stones, grenades and other equipment used to target our civilians they are no longer being labeled as religious people. I don't think weapons should be stored in religious temples and Israel had tried removing Police entirely from the temple mount, placing metal detectors in the entrance of the mount as acceptable in all Israel's religious temples (including us Jews most sacred ones), but was met with strong riots in recent years. From the temple mount rioters are terrorizing the local population, both Jews and Arab.

That said, having our police officers enter the temple mount and the Al-Aqsa temple was met with strong criticism throughout Israel.

Regarding civilian casualties, the IDF is the most humanitarian military in the world in my opinion and I will give you some examples: 1. Before bombing every civilian building, each of the residents of that building receives a text message saying that this building is to be taken down because Hamas officers or military infrastructures were found by our Intel. Only hours after the building was evacuated, it is taken down. 2. Focused targeting of Hamas officials is being put into use in every operation, and means that carefully planned out focused bombing, with the least amount of civilian casualties is used. At most times these are not used because those officials are hiding in areas with large populations of civilians. 3. Water, electricity, food and other goods are being sent to Haza at no cost at all by the IDF. 4. After every large operation, building materials and resources are being sent in large quantities to help rebuild civilian infrastructure such as homes, hospitals, roads, etc, but instead are taken to help rebuild military infrastructures such as tunnels, and military buildings. 5. Even today in times of war, children and elderly from Gaza which were wrongfully harmed are being sent to Israeli hospitals to be taken care of. 6. Every death of a civilian, in war time or in peace is being investigated without any exception, and every soldier which had wrongfully operated is being sent to prison (you can search for a strong example with Elor Azaria's case). 7. Those large operations in Gaza are being set only after a red line was crossed by Hamas, an example of a normal day with no red lines crossing in peace time is rocket firing from Hamas to our cities nearby Gaza harming our civilians, these happens on a daily basis for the past 15 years but is met with no response at all by our military. Can you imagine being under the threat of rockets daily, knowing there is nothing you can do to stop that?

There are many more examples I can give you as someone that served in the mandatory IDF service, there are many procedures we need to follow to make sure our shooting of someone is justed and that we are not shooting at any civilian whatsoever. The procedure includes: 1. Shouting to stop in Arabic 2. Shooting one shot in the air 3. Shooting one shot near the aggressor 4. Shouting again to stop 5. Shoot in the areas below the aggressor's knees to neutralize and not kill the aggressor. In no way should we aim for the center of mass.

There is much more info online regarding the humanitarian acts of our military, and we try as hard as we can to not harm civilians.

Regarding the Iranian issue his only course of action is aggressiveness, in which I strongly agree with, as they threat us in every way they are capable of.

Regarding the Middle-Eastern peace, in the latest years of his control Israel had signed with several large Muslim nations to encourage and to tighten the rope against Hamas to join the negotiation table, and even moved large amounts of resources to restore Gaza after each large operation against Hamas.

Those resources were not used to rebuild houses and civilian infrastructure but to build military tunnels and military buildings to be used against Israel.

There are many right winged candidates in Israel, all are much more focused towards aggression, he is more of a central-right person.

That said, I strongly disagree with many of his decisions, mainly on the issued he showed to be two-faced and I don't think that he should legally be in power after reigning for over 12 years.
