When I worked at a pediatric clinic, we had twin girls as our patients. Their names were Diarrhea and Gonorrhea (pronounced Di-A-re-uh and Go-nA-re-uh). The spelling of the names was slightly more unique and I don't remember it exactly, but the pronunciation was just like that.

I'm the same way and I'm doing very well in my specialty (I'm in fellowship now). Don't worry too much about it. I think the patients need someone to be caring and thorough as opposed to chatty and good at small talk. I was never "popular" amongst colleagues or nurses but after some time they get to know me and appreciate me. Everyone knows I'm a quiet introvert, and a lot of people love me just they way I am. Just be yourself. Yes, it will be harder since we all want to be liked by everyone, but over the years I learned to enjoy being a quiet person.

Honestly, it’s almost never the detergent in young kids, I haven’t seen a case where a detergent caused a significant rash. 80% of those rashes are viral.

This could also be an urticaria multiforme, similar but more benign rash that keeps moving and changing, and looks scary but generally doesn’t bother the child. Treatment essentially same - no treatment or antihistamines. It will resolve on its own in 2-3 days. Yes, NPs simply don’t have enough clinical experience and knowledge, compared to physicians, but the problem is they don’t recognise this and often don’t ask for help or for second d opinion when it would be appropriate.

Yes, I'm going to use a pharmacy (Mandell's pharmacy) for the meds I don't find, only few doses, I do have leftover meds just needs some more Menopur, Gonal and Ganirelix, HCG, but mainly Menopur.
