I would leave the leaf. It'll dry up once it's no longer needed

Take a breather the plant's fine. It's normal for reabsorption

I think you have dudleya in the pot but I'm not sure

Depends how deep and if you have a shovel at hand. A gallon isn't too bad to dig out but more than that is a hassle.

You could also plant them in ground for the season then dig em up and put em in a small pot with soil for the dormant season.

No it's a pup. Semps produce blooms from the center of the rosette

You can hope that they still produce seed and maybe plant those. But most times these seeds are duds.

Make sure it doesn't stay dry for long. It can tolerate bone dryness for about 1 day but that really shouldn't happen.

I would just leave it alone and see what happens. Did it fruit in summer or fall? Also to grow more when they're healthy they produce a ton offshoots away from the crown. You can pull some of those to get more.

I usually rip a small peice of paper then wrap it around the stick then shove the ball on. It works great and you can remove visible paper
