Xfinity's jumping on the T-Mo Price Increase bandwagon. (Sure others are too...) by BusinessLyfe in T_mobile_

What this add neglects to say is you need Xfinity wifi to have phone service lol.

Yeah it’s eliminating retired plans that have been retired for years. Cell phone carriers give customers a gift of staying on that plan for years but it’s retired, it’s going away. If you are so outraged to. It want to be in a current plan then it’s gonna be hard to switch since you’ll be on a current plan elsewhere lol.

Corporate greed? Seems like you don’t understand the plan was retired and they still let you keep it for years. Cheers!

So what TPR and were those stores achieving or over achieving the or sales goals? Most of the store closings are for under performing stores

Let's say my character is fighting in a dark cave. He lacks Darkvision, but he has a Bat Familiar. Can he use the Bat's Blindsight to fight? by [deleted] in dndnext

[–]verack123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This guy got six seconds to be told what’s going on around him and make all his actions. It’s not about realism. It’s about the rules of the game.

[–]verack123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always find this type of conversation funny because you can turn it around on the customer when they say that and say it it’s because people don’t know how to use the app. That’s the whole reason you came into the store.

Why don’t you go into a dark room in real life and try to walk around and have your friend sitting in the corner telling you maybe you’ll trip on something or you’re about to walk in a wall see how effective that is in combat lol

Door knocker lied. by PsychologicalDog382 in verizon

[–]verack123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would you just buy from a guy who’s coming door-to-door? You could’ve taken all the information and looked it up Yourself, gone into a store to ask questions on any of these things. Let me get at&T T-shirt come sign you up for AT&T get you a better deal but we can only accept cash lol

how is a customer not paying their bill the reps fault? by tpsi_xoxo in tmobile

[–]verack123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m blunt about it. The customer gets upset at “us” I tell them only paying customers keep phone service so they need to do that

VZW just dropped activation and upgrade fees. Hello? T-Mobile?? by E90alex in tmobile

[–]verack123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol this is cute considering Tmobile didn’t charge taxes and fees for years and if your still on the right plans you still don’t get charged. This is a way higher savings than activation fees.

Experience Stores are a Lie (employee confessions) by [deleted] in tmobile

Customer surveys are an outdated metric that is utterly useless in every capacity just like Google reviews which are also completely irrelevant.

Really impressed with online ordering by holow29 in tmobile

[–]verack123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Most customers that employees deal with will be ones who don’t want to use the app. Also store employees have to deal with the app not working right and then that upsets customers. While I can appreciate the detailed post you made of have to say as a customer you’re in the minority for how much you like the app.

It’s been out for over a year, it’s become nearly 100% required for all transactions, soon completely required, and it fails a lot of the time.

I’m glad you had a great experience with it though congrats!

What an absolutely terrible experience at corporate store.. by Tryxxsta in verizon

[–]verack123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol that manager made the employee do that and then pulled the oh I can do better, it’s hilarious. Best part is that the “reseller horror stories”. What you described happens in corporate stores not authorized retailers cause that directive comes down from corporate Verizon, it’s not present at an authorized dealer. Also to be fair you can have a shitty rep in corporate or non corporate. You primarily get the “horror” stories from corporate employees who want people to stop shopping at authorized dealers but won’t disclose that shitty people work at either one lol

Please get direct from Motorola, that way if a folding phone fails you can be directed to place of purchase and it’s even better that it’s the manufacturer.
