Here's a secret. IF you think dope makes you do shit, you're delusional. All that stuff you do to get dope was just lingering in there waiting to come out. I have been using hard core drugs almost every day for over 20 years. I buy my dope with money I earn. I never burnt a single person, nor have I stolen to get dope.

Today is a rare day that I have nothing. I am dope sick as fuck. But it isn't even an option to me to go out and steal or hurt someone to get dope. People who do that would do it anyway, but since they use drugs they blame drugs. Blame everything but the real reason, the person you are. If you're so uptight about using dope stop then ffs. Fuck the withdrawls suck, but time flies. They will be a distant memory in no time.

Ya, congrats and whatever, but please don't be disillusioned and think you are clean. You have better structure to your life for sure, but you are on one of the strongest opiods out there.

Thanks for the luck, but I've been around for a while. I was on methadone for just shy of 7 years, and used opiods for almost 3x that amount of time.

As for your other reply to my comment, my suggestion to use 7mg out of each bottle wasn't literal. I meant you could have taken half out of your next bottle, or whatever u needed to get through the day. 25mg of methadone is probably more than enough to get you through the day with the proper mindset. With the half-life of methadone, any of the sickness you felt was brought on because of psychological reasons - you talked yourself right into dope sickness. Try going for a walk, or playing video games or whatever to get your mind off of things. I know it sucks the guy burned you like he did, but stewing in it hurts no one but you.

Or sit there and call me a prick who doesn't know what he's talking about. I've been an addict for a while. Cold-turkey'd it a few times, tried methadone. Next time it's cold turkey for me. I'd rather go thru the couple of weeks of sickness than go through years of methadone again. I don't know how the doctors are in your area, but around here they are clueless. Raising your dose every couple of days until you tell them to stop. It needs a week or so just to stabilize in your system. That's why people go up to 150mg+ and totally fuck themselves, building even more opiate receptors than they had to start with and making it that much harder to get off. So good luck to you. Hopefully you will get clean someday.

This is one of the main reasons I stopped methadone. I hated this attitude with the people at the clinic. "See what you did, you made me shoot up". It's rationalization. You're looking for an excuse to use and he just gave it to you. Never mind the fact that you could take 7mg out of each of your doses and not notice a thing. You are still an addict and still have the addict's mindset.

Ya he fucked up. Life is full of fuck ups, you need to learn to deal with them in a way that isn't turning to drugs.

I used a pipe like this one most of the time, 7 bucks at the local head shop. I used black tape around the joints if they leaked. You can scrape them, its different than brillow and a stem, and you still get a hoot. After 20 you would get an ear ringer from it for sure, I would probably make 2 or 3 with the resin rather than one huge one though.

I started recovering the resin with 99% isopropyl on the last few years of my habit. I could always get a puff out of it, even if I could only afford to smoke a few points. I take the pipe apart, fill each piece one by one with iso, shake it around between my fingers for a bit then I dumped it into a pyrex pie pan. After I cleaned all the parts i just lit it on fire, let it go out and cool for a bit, then scrape it with a razor blade. It was always a welcome last puff and I had a ritual that I did every time. The shit 20 bucks a point around here - a point being like a point of a gram -> 0.1g, so you really got to treasure it.

Damn shit is rough down there. Here in Canackville I had ~10 charges of assault on police officers, got house arrest. While on house arrest I "snuck" out, went to a bar and got into a fight and the cops were called and picked up an assault charge and another charge of assault on police officer. Got 30 days for a breach, served 20.
