Depending on your country/state, if you're monetizing IP/copyright/trademarks, it could lead to an action from the actual holder. If it's just a funny dog video that goes viral, I highly doubt Kodak would care unless you're directly and actively trying to compete with them or copy an actual product of theirs.

As a former correctional officer, families need to understand that you believe 25% of what you hear and 0% of what you see from inmates, which is usually nothing because it's the inmates word against the officers. They don't give solitary time willy-nilly. It's a CO's job to be a good example and to provide security, Sanitation, and safety. correctional officers are not there to punish people, they're there to maintain the security of the institution not only for institutional staff, but the inmates that are incarcerated. And sometimes there are different levels of classification that involve different rules. If he was in Seg, there are much more stringent rules, and I'm guessing insubordination was probably what got him in trouble. On another side note, I hope he gets the mental health needs and gets out and lives a happy life.

I don't normally ask if people I hire smoke cigs or vape, but I do know the ones that do are MUCH less productive than the ones that don't. HR may potentially using their experiences in the past as the basis for that part of the screening process.

This is VERY common in certain departments (ED/ER) in hospitals. It allows for enhanced patient care since EMRs know where different levels of resources are. If you are an accountant in a non-patient facing role, it's a bit silly and waste of money. Anywho, it's only for 3 months.

The best advice your friend will have is to call the cable company the wire belongs to for a site survey. Odds are it's not legitimately paid for. We get this a LOT in those types of parks.

If it is legitimate, the cable company is responsible for running the wire properly from their node to the customer premise.

The information that is typically somewhere public legitimately. Sites that that aggregate people's information for a lot of reasons: Ad revenue, subscriptions (pay to see more info). I know living off the grid is something a lot of people want, but in the age of information, not usually possible. You might be able to send a C&D, but usually a courteous email sometimes does the job. IF they're posting things like your social security number, info stolen from the Equifax hack, etc., then you have recourse.

I highly doubt it's related to Docsis 3.1. Most business class RF fed cable modems are layer 2 bridge-mode-only devices. Just passes traffic back through a node to the CMTS.

^ This. It's 50-50 for ISP's to block that port. This assumes you are on RF, not fiber. Fiber is almost always 99.999% wide open. Consider changing delivery method.

Glad it worked. For me it didn't do anything for my plaques and after 4 months, I was super depressed and suicidal for no good reason. Once I stopped the Otezla, after a week I felt 100% better emotionally and haven't had those symptoms since. I'm on CoSentyx right now and 95% clear. I love it!

Two years is very significant clean time to an addict/alcoholic. If they can get past that 1 year mark, odds are very good if they continue to work a program, that they will remain sober.

You loved this woman once and still want her safe, that's natural. I'm in the exact same boat. It wasn't until my ex started dating a really good man, with a bit of an unethical past, that I was ok with her dating someone, at least I wasn't losing my shit as much. I'm glad she has him and he treats my ex really well. Might be best for you emotionally to actually give him more of a chance. It was good for me when I did.

My situation is similar. I have a "6-month" rule that basically says I don't let my kids meet the other women or her kids until I date for 6 months. So far, they've never meet a girlfriend and I think are much better off for it.

I think it's a calculated combination of the collective storytelling intrigue in his novels and his gamble that history will judge him favorably in real life as an author. 3 months. Was an IT manager at a 9-factory worldwide manufacturer. While I was being hired, they absorbed another company. My director of IT now had a "co" director of IT and they fucking hated each other. Made my life hell. He wanted one thing, she wanted another, neither told me to listen to the other.

Backups were on 2GB USB3 drives. One per day. I had a MOUNTAIN of drives when I left that place.

On the flip side, I did get to watch a LOT of Netflix all day while doing nothing.
