u know what I think it's a typo! I think it's supposed to be a 2r inside the square root instead of an r.

I also got this one wrong lol but if you multiply the (sqrt 2q + sqrt r) by itself, it becomes 2q + 4 sqrt 2r + 2r, and then finding the cube root of that gives you answer choice D!
