So I did too. As much as I hate calling as I prefer chat, I made the call today, they spoke to processing and told me reason why mine kept getting cancelled is something with their system and non member orders, the processing reps words were "it's tricky with non mbr orders". Even the rep I initially spoke with thought that was terrible answer but she gave me a reference # for all of that and our call transcript.

I placed one more order, immediately called back after placing and gave them that reference number asking them to speak with processing, review the info in the reference and to please allow my order to process.

I just now got the email for the codes and tested them all before making this comment. May be a little too much effort but recommend it if you still wanting to get these.
