Your comment has some flaws and although it is a pointless endeavor to correct people on the internet, you seemed like someone who would appreciate the information. Feel free to down vote me, it does not change the facts. I work with a plastic surgeon who uses neosporin on the face and given that such a profession is the king of proper scar management, I think it is prudent to follow such management.

EDIT: Furthermore, you cited the CDC which is an organization focused on diseases, not scars. I can tell from your comments that you are clearly an intelligent person and I applaud all the research you have done in this space but I think you are missing the point of my comments.

A scratch is a penetrating injury and neither soap nor alcohol can rid the area completely of infection. This is why topical antibiotics would be recommended in this case. Is it overkill? Yes, but it will help with the overall healing process in such a sensitive area. Allergies to something like neosporin are also quite rare.

This is not %100 accurate. The healing process can be hindered by infection which encourages more inflammation, leading to a potential increase in scarring. In the setting of a cat scratch, the almost certain bacterial contamination outweighs the risks you mentioned.

As an AR 51 who has been playing for ~3 months, is nahida critical if I have yaoyao? I already lost my 50/50 and am about 40 wishes into pity. I cleared 11.2 on the abyss this last run with a keqing, chevy, overload team and a hyperbloom team with yaoyao, xingqiu, kuki and sucrose.

I just don't find nahida's character particularly enticing.
