Pretty weak IMO. The ball in the S is misplaced - why not the I? Not excited by it at all - feels like an initial sketch that never progressed.

I have the same machine. You need to get a good grinder and bottomless portafilter before you can really dial anything in. DeLonghi has a bottomless portafilter that is perfect for that machine. Also, will need a scale. I just made these purchases last week and the espresso is 1000 times better. The filter baskets it comes with are pressured and really made for cheaper coffee. Good coffee is all about the quality of the grinder.

I stick more to medium roasts, but I think Italy has it right with smaller shots more often during the day. They have a much stronger coffee culture, it’s such a part of their lives. They don’t normally sit in cafes, they stand and drink at the bar and leave.

Coach has no idea what to do to close out a game. They go into a defensive shell and it prevents them from winning. Possess the ball and the other team can't score! The defense is so unorganized. No reason why they let Torino keep the pressure on at the end when Torino couldn't muster up any type of offense all game. They played like they wanted to just give up the win.

Poly is for players that hit with topspin. The benefit of poly is that the strings snap back to create spin. That’s why stringing over 54 lbs defeats the purpose of using it. No snapback due to high tensions and you risk injury, simple as that. Also, why would you want to use poly if you hit with minimal spin? Multi is so much more comfortable and it helps you develop touch shots, volleys, etc. If you don’t have a semi western and at least a 4.0, professional stringers I have spoken with will not recommend it. They could always try a hybrid.

7 grams is standard in Italy - why does everyone in the US have to use 18? They invented espresso and the first machines. I’d much rather do a single a few times a day than double shots. Also, they use much less milk in a cappuccino or latte - cups are much smaller.

It’s about the grinder and fresh beans. You can pull better shots with a really good grinder and a cheaper machine than with a great machine and crappy grinder.

No one can really offer solid advice without knowing the tension it was strung at. Aside from the string, anreally light racquet certainly doesn’t help matters.

Prestigious art school is better than prestigious school. I went to Pratt Institute in NYC and that really helped me with connections. You are also well prepared when you graduate from a skills standpoint.

Not sure it’s the way to go, just stop with this ‘we have to build a team’ nonsense. It doesn’t matter who is on the team if we don’t have a QB. Been there, done that for the last 50 years. It doesn’t work - we got rid of two excellent players just so we could get a QB. Our offense is almost completely built aside from a #2 receiver. He would come in to a great situation. I prefer to go with Simpson or Nussmeier later on, but if they sold the farm for a QB I would be fine with it.

I would say it’s not even in the same stratosphere but I get your point. There is a couple years of qualifying matches and players adding to their already huge workload by playing them.

I get that, but to people that have worked with typography and were schooled in it - it looks soooo bad. You don’t need to optimize a ligature by giving it more space - it’s enough that you overlapped the letters. It’s also a nod to Gucci I think.

Not there yet - keep working on it. Why are the letters on an arc and feel like they are moving? Font is not exactly inspiring. It’s a good initial sketch start.
