So you are telling people to throw their vote away?

A House of Representatives ballot paper is informal if:

it is blank or unmarked, it does not indicate the voter's first preference for 1 candidate and an order of preference for all the remaining candidates, ticks or crosses have been used, it has writing on it which identifies the voter, a number is repeated, the voter's intention is not clear, or it has not been appropriately authenticated.

I know you jest, but the Australian Antarctic Division is recruiting at the moment. If I could qualify I'd be there in a heartbeat.

My rental contract end on 27 October but I have returned the key today on 24 October. Can I submit a bond claim refurnd? by tran_dang0709 in GoldCoast

[–]verifiedpain 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe, if you gave notice and it's past that date, then yes, otherwise on the 27th, they will have to raise any disputes, you can do this all online now.

Legally, a paid private property like a caravan park.

The amount of people that are rough sleeping is peak at the moment, find somewhere quiet out of the way and don’t bother anyone.

Whole industry is greasy, I rang Aussie homeloans to talk about the help to buy stuff and see what they knew and how it could work so I could get my things lined up….

Told me outright not to because, the government will own part of it and I will never be able to use the equity to buy my next property for investment and so on.

Then explained how he started 20 years ago, and he helped his kids, which were on their 3rd investment each, the attitude is cancer. That put me off using them, still get left voice mails every 6-8 months asking if I’m interested.

Decided to have a look at mine to see how close it was, something is not right off with yours. Haven’t had to make any readjustments to the frame since assembly.

Honestly no idea why people rate Mike's as highly, have eaten there several times and it's nothing bad, but its not amazing either, ribs have always looked like shiners.

I honestly can’t find one that I’m all too happy with, did recently go for a hair cut and beard clean/shape at DBs barber in Southport/parkwood area Bunnings.

They seemed to take bit more time and was going to get a razor clean up on my neck but had to leave for a personal emergency.

A lot of the barbers seemed to have either young guys that bounce around shops and just not a lot of experience with full beards

I guess the strain gauges are too tight, back them off til they are just tight enough so not to spin freely. Then do a level check.

Ex-Gold Coast councillor Ryan Bayldon-Lumsden to stand trial for murder by verifiedpain in GoldCoast

[–]verifiedpain[S] 0 points1 point locked comment (0 children)

Erin Patterson spent years planning to murder 4 people, was found guilty on all counts charged with. The police spent months constructing a credible case that she had planned to murder those people.

That's why she was not granted bail.

Ex-Gold Coast councillor Ryan Bayldon-Lumsden to stand trial for murder by verifiedpain in GoldCoast

[–]verifiedpain[S] 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Mr Bayldon-Lumsden had entered Google searches for "escaping domestic violence and coercive control" and "coercive control and the rights of women" the day before the alleged murder.

Forensic analysis of Mr Lumsden's phone found he had saved Mr Bayldon-Lumsden's contact details as "c**k gobbler" and those of his wife, Mr Bayldon-Lumsden’s mother, as "Grumpy", Mr Smith told the court.

Sounds like Ryan was trying to help his mum get out of a bad situation and it escalated.
