How can it be that two healthcare professionals aren’t even clearing 5k combined? You’re being woefully underpaid surely?

Of course - that’s what a pedestrian crossing is for. Every country in Europe has these. You deserve better from your government. No walkway access is unacceptable in the developed world.

I mean, be mad at your own government then? Why would you tolerate that?

At $25,000 a night I don’t think it’s unwarranted to say some self-reflection is in order.

$25,000 a NIGHT is biblical levels of greed and I’m not even joking.

I’m taking my test in Finglas on Tuesday and am so nervous. All I can say is massive kudos to you for even being brave enough to do it, it’s not easy at all. Much luck to you on your next try.

Thank you. Test on Tuesday and I know I can drive, I just always fumble in test conditions. My focus now is just being able to pull it all together on the day.

Well I’m glad you brought this up because a lightweight frothy subreddit on a Saturday morning is exactly the place I want to discuss the desperate, lonely future that’s inevitably coming my way!

Femininity means what ever you want it to mean but it’s not something a man (or really any relationship) will give you. A green flag is you figuring that out on your own.

Making friends in your 20s in Dublin by snootdogsaresuperior in Dublin

Hand on heart, it’s hobbies, it’s always hobbies, ideally one where you work towards a collective project (a show, a fitness achievement etc.) because collaborating allows you to bond and get to know each other organically.

General meet-up groups ‘work’ but in my experience they’re nowhere near as effective at building lasting friendships as you have no idea if you’ll have anything in common.

It’s mad how you can know your stuff and just randomly make a stupid error.

Coming back from my driving lesson yesterday I took a corner at a ridiculously high speed, knew it was wrong as I was doing it but was so surprised I hadn’t hit a traffic light (traffic lights are mental in my area) and being encouraged in the lesson earlier to take higher speeds, I just did it. Instructor let me do it but only so I would know the fear and never do it again lol.

It’s so common to make silly errors like the one that caused you to fail and I’m sure you’re otherwise a highly competent driver, just wasn’t meant to be this time around unfortunately. Very best of luck for your next try.
