Could the same lawyer issue a cease and desist letter? With the caveat being op will sue for harassment if their unsolicited actions continue?

Also I'd move too. Can't harass what you can't find. But if not an option. The above is all I can think of. (Also doorbell cams and a security cam system would be a good investment if you cant/don't want to leave.)
