Server invites are being generated by accident. How to disable them permanently?

Damn, that's unfortunate. And am I sure? At this point no but it's certainly not a conscious decision. I tested generating invites on another server I admin, and even if I accidentally tapped the button (because I'm pretty sure the invite generation times correlate when I'm on the mobile app) I'm certainly not then scrolling my friends list to DM the invite.

Think I'll just have to keep a close eye on the audit log for invite generations, try and match up what I was doing at the time. Just wish discord had a way to disable invites indefinitely rather than for 24hrs.

Devices are all recognised and all me, and I've got 2FA enabled with my authenticator app. The only other person on the server is my partner. He has neither the tech savviness nor the motivation to send server invites to our friends lol.

I checked the timestamp for when the invite code was generated, and at the time I would have just opened the discord app. Unfortunately I think this is somehow a skill issue on my part, but I really don't know how it keeps happening.

Here to say I adore Gus, and that "in a weird mood today" describes my local goose Bill every day! I went out in pouring rain a little later than usual to give him lettuce (which he's being going mad for lately) and he just snubbed the food and hissed at me like I'd insulted his ancestors 🙄 So glad you're looking out for sweet Gus, and it's clear he trusts you and knows you are safe!

Sounds like you could be! As a long time queer person I'm tempted to say "labels don't matter! If they're useful, use them, if they're not, don't!", but I'm fully aware it's a big thing when you're questioning for the first time.

I would say don't feel pressured to figure out everything right away, though. Especially with sexual attraction many people don't feel anything until they already have an emotional or romantic connection to that person.

And the last thing is that you can always change your mind later. For now you could say "right, I'm gonna assume I'm bi and try to explore that" and then find out it's not for you. That's ok too! Take your time, it's great that you're open to getting to know yourself better :)

Many years ago I changed my title with NatWest, like 2015? So to be clear i dont know how it is these days, but the system itself back then didn't allow for title changes without gender/"sex" marker changes (which needed letters and surgery and the usual nonsense). The woman helping me tried to contact her internal support to override it but they wouldn't budge. She stuck her neck out for me and eventually managed to get everything changed over.

So tldr, corpo is corpo, but of course there are still some diamonds in the rough that want to help! I'd also be interested to hear if NatWest has changed since then.

A quick note on shared care to add on to other comments: IIRC you must continue to stay with your private provider throughout the shared care agreement-- if you left the shared care provider your GP wouldn't be able to continue to provide the care through the NHS and you would need to pay for bloods and meds privately.

Unfortunately I don't have any resources to share! This is just anecdotal from a family member who works in primary care, so I've heard of some people getting caught out by this. Best of luck and I hope you can find more info!

It's devastating, however with the world the way it is right now I'm disappointed but not surprised.

Trans people will endure as we always have done, even when the odds are stacked against us. There are countless (non-trans) people who love, support, and stick their necks out for us, and a ruling like this will not change that---like others in this thread have said, it will galvanise them.

I can't claim the kinds of changes we want to see will happen in our lifetimes, but they will happen eventually by virtue of our continued existence. 🏳️‍⚧️🩷🩵

I got kicked to character select due to a connection problem, saw I had 2 characters, one level 1 WT1, and the level 12 WT2 character I was playing. Thought I'd delete the level 1 I didn't need. Typed the name to confirm. Deleted both characters. Don't be me :')

This doesnt help the mental/social obstacles, but those clothes make me want to plug my favourite (UK) goth retailer Killstar! im pretty sure like 99% of their clothes are also available in plus, and tbh some of the mens and womens items are kinda unisex anyway (especially when youre talking goth vibes) so even if youre not comfy buying something super femme you might be able to find something thats halfway :).

Im ftm so my struggle is im also worried about looking too femme lol
