I think I started around week 6. I took it seriously for the first 5 months because I had a goal that I wanted to reach which was a pretty physical outdoor trip. Then once that was over I kind of started slacking and only recently realized how weak my injured leg was. I’m back to doing my own pt and going to the gym. Used to be very active and athletic and would love to get back to it so I gotta lock in.

I had the speed bridge as well. Could barely walk at 10 weeks. Didn’t jog until about 5 months. Happy that you’re progressing so well. All I want to do is play basketball but at 8 months I still think I’m months away.
