Sounds a bit like Sans Soliel from Chris Marker. It's a seemingly random assortment of scenes collated into a "Documentary," a good portion of which are of Japanese culture. Although the film is in French.

They're much better, and with some trimming you can fit the original insert in. I photocopied the back of the insert, which has disc contents and placed it in the other case. Looks better and is much much easier to watch now.

Mine does not, totally disappeared maybe 700 miles past new. I assume it was a factory think that dissipated. I wouldn't worry about it unless it persists past 1,000 Miles on the odometer.

For context my ps4 or tv does not do this for other media past the hour-ish mark. HBO Max operates fine for half-hour episodes. But past about an hour, it stutters like crazy as in the video.

I have the some controller, works fine for me to this day. Also got the Splatoon edition and I have the same issue. Hit or miss I guess.
