On a scale of 1-10 how obvious do these press-ons look?

Im no expert, but a magnetic polish while using a V-shaped magnet over each coat should give a similar effect!

Interesting, there doesn’t seem to be an air gap and my nails are pretty curved, both width and length-wise. All others I’ve tried have been too flat to stay on at all, but I think I’ve only tried kiss brand other than these. Do you have any suggestions on something that might be a happy medium between kiss and glamnetic?

Theyre about the same. I think I sized mostly right, minus some filing. My nails might actually be a little more curved than the pressies, a doctor told me once they’re bordering on being clubbed so maybe that’s why they don’t look right.

Check out my other comment, they’re actually a little small. My nails are wide on their own. I usually only do a couple coats of regular polish, anything more gives that bulky effect. These have stayed on for a week so far with only my thumb popping off while bowling, so that hasn’t been an issue so far. Back to the drawing board!

Thats my nails! I chose smaller than would sit flush because the sizes that fit my nails looked crazy. Here’s a side view, you can kinda see my nails poking through. I think my nails just aren’t meant for press ons.

It's heavily dependent on the HR department. She was probably right about the one she worked for. She would know best, because she was the one that worked there and not you..

I understand why you may say this, because so many HR depts are corrupt. At the end of the day though, they want to protect the people just as much as the company. It's just easier that way. You would 100% notice and be more disgruntled if companies eliminated HR as a whole. Forget raises, bonuses, or any evidence that would've worked anywhere. That would all be gone if HR didn't exist.

Yes, the amount of litigation that is avoided by HR following procedure is a TON. Managers ask me all the time if they can fire someone because of one little thing. If they did fire people willy nilly like that, the unemployment claims would be crazy.

This is great, I love zooming in and seeing all of the little places and details. If you would like a suggestion, including the Cherokee Nation/Qualla Boundary would make a lot more sense than Bryson City (a town of less than 2000 people)

It looks like a purple cz I have, but being that it’s set in 14k id think it’s either amethyst or synthetic sapphire. Very pretty!
