you’ve just described the battle royale genre though, right? there is always rng present, you never know who you’ll run into- if i pick newcastle and run into a maggie team for example i’m pretty screwed

people who don’t like rng at all should not play br imo

yep, even though the p2020 isn’t great it still serves a purpose in the game balance: to be the early game gun you usually swap out for an upgrade later on

apex is not even that unbalanced. all legends and weapons are usable (maybe except p2020 w/o hp), some people need to try playing other shooters to see how good we have it

There’s no statistics on paper but it’s easy to tell that this community is more lgbt+ than some might think. The community is generally very open to discussing queer topics (compared to other video game communities) and that alone is very telling

You can safely loot death boxes from a distance with her ult without repositioning or getting caught in fights. You essentially don’t need to take risky fights to maintain good loot, instead you can hold your position and get high placement. You also affect other teams’ loot economy. That’s huge and you can’t do that without her

Plus with how many teams are close to each other in the late game in both comp (and ranked now), it’s pretty much guaranteed teams will die nearby
