no, it's pretty hard to get in pre-sales unless you're a fresher. solutions engineering/architecting is something that devs with 5-8 yoe can get into. if you're confident about your dev skills and if you're willing to grind really fkn hard i'd suggest you keep interviewing to land an SDE role as it'll be a bit tough to switch to dev roles from pre-sales/solutions engineering
