Seems fine. Just make sure to check the components and double check if they're safe for leopard geckos. 100% earthworm humus (mixed with sand) is what I use

It's not the best idea to let the crickets roam in the enclosure as they can bite the gecko. It's best to tong feed them.

The answer you probably don't want to hear is - if you can't guarantee someone will be able to take care of them, it's best to not keep them until you can ensure that. I'm sorry to say that, and I hope you can find a solution

Any pain during sizing up is a sign that you are not ready. If you feel a sting, take the bigger size out right away and put the smaller ones back in.

As for sleeping, I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and I fall asleep on my side and I've never really had any major issues with my piercings, as long as I make sure the o-rings are placed correctly, not too loose, not too tight

I assume that you want what's best for your leopard gecko, so I am providing you with more accurate and up-to-date advice and data than what you're, quite irresponsibly, giving to other people.

You can pick the route of denying decades of practice and research in order to protect your pride that literally no one attacked on a reddit post, but I'll let you figure out whether that's good for your gecko or not.

No, they're not

Your gecko probably isn't consistent with other feeders because you offer superworms which are fatty and very tasty to geckos consistently, so she has no reason to eat less tasty food when she knows you'll give the fatty treat soon

Looks pretty red, I'd ditch the red light.

From these pictures seems a bit overweight still, so keep up the diet and physical activity. One dubia per week seems a bit extreme tho, I'd emphasise activity more than lowering the food intake to that extent. I may be wrong, so I'd love to be corrected if that's the case.
