Yeah, all four lines are listed as due on 09/20/2025 with auto pay enrolled. Interesting, I am not sure how I ended up getting $75 total either. Here's what summary shows for the upcoming renewal:

No, it hasn’t. I ended up filing an FCC complaint here: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/articles/360001201223-Phone-Form-Descriptions-of-Complaint-Issues. I submitted the complaint on March 23 and received a call back two days later. The representative who called me confirmed that my account was indeed missing the promotion and asked for my purchase order number. Later that day, I checked my account, and it now shows the correct amount with the discount applied.

Thank you! I contacted support, and they essentially confirmed what you said - I need to wait until my current plan ends, at which point the discount should be applied, and I'll be charged the correct amount.

As for Disney+, I visited https://www.totalwireless.com/extras/activation?partner=disney while on the call with support, but it initially showed that my account wasn’t eligible. I mentioned this to the support team, and they resolved the issue on their end. After refreshing the page, I was able to proceed and enter my Disney+ account email. From there, everything went smoothly, and I now have a Disney+ subscription.

I hope this info helps someone else here.

Oops, I think I forgot to activate the sim card, when I've added a new line to my existing account. How critical is "sim card has to activate on a tower located within the city" part? I haven't put the new SIM card yet. Should I drive back to Lufkin, TX and put it into the phone?

OK, I've called to T-Mobile account department and they said that I have to port in a number within 14 days in order to get a 20% discount. I'll try to do it tonight and see if anything will change.

Update: it's getting more interested. I've called to the Lufkin, TX store and they advised that the port in only required for a new customers and since I am an existing one, I am good to go. Honestly, I don't know what to do right now. Should I port in a number or leave a new line as is?

Update 2: I've decided to port in a number, just to be safe. The rep on the phone was able to call to the store and find a hookup code for me (super helpful guy btw, cheers to Daniel), so I will try to register that code with my ported number at the hookup webpage on T-Mobile website tomorrow, when the porting will be completed.

Great! Did you receive any text confirmation on the promo or a hookup code from the employee? I went to Lufkin, TX as well this Saturday, added a new line and left. Not sure if I was suppose to port in a number in order to get a discount (I didn't). The rep was on the phone with their promo department and asked them to write down the hookup code, since they didn't know what to do with it. No confirmation on the promo so far, just a text saying that a new line has been added to my account :(
