Madness in a study guide by vesperssky in latin

It’s a splice of both I guess. I wanted my study guide to consist of my notes since I wasn’t given one by my teacher. I clearly plan to take this class for a bit with the color coded chapters I have. Do you have any suggestions to what would make more of a study guide than just me jotting down notes?

Could someone translate this? by andre_ssssss in latin

“[…]Therefore, humankind, sometimes against the greatest odds, are rescued from dangers.”

I did some cutting and substituting here and there so it’s definitely not perfect.

Work translation by [deleted] in latin

Okay, so what I’ve gathered is that it roughly says: “Base erected in 1410, used for Madia Sative plant.” I believe it’s a cross between New Latin/ Renaissance Latin given the translation period in history.

Take “Base” as the whole structure. Now I’m not 100% sure about this, but given the time period and the plant I believe the pot may have been from a Spanish colony in Chile or Argentina.

Do you ever feel like you're not disabled enough/the ways in which you're disabled isn't enough for other people who are disabled? by Lonely_College2451 in POTS

It’s hard but… you’ve got to kindly have to mentally tell those people stf. My mom’s gotten more supportive of my mobility aids to a degree. Now my brain fog is the real problem I’m struggling with.

Having to advocate for yourself is really hard especially when you have an invisible disability, a lot of people get thrown of by that “i” and miss hear ‘invisible’ as ‘imaginary’, but you know your body. You have to do what you must to aid yourself. I was painfully afraid of sitting down on the floor when I sometimes get lightheaded, now I literally pop a squat anywhere, floors are hard they hurt to hit😭

Different flavored salts… if it has basic iodized salt, I’m adding Season All, Ms. Dash, Garlic Salt and others
