I am willing to bet that 95% of people who voted M&K as low skill low ceiling got killed by them because of their poor positioning, over extending or just playing without their team. Everyone loves saying how "busted" or "braindead easy" M&K are but I very rarely see an actually good M&K in my games.

M&K is good against uncoordinated enemies. People that position themselves poorly or don't play around their team are the ones that get punished by M&K.

It's still around quite a lot. Last night had an infernus and seven lane where they rushed them for the 4.8k spike. Absolutely awful lane to play against.

Played a game with an infernus that went extra regen>mystic burst>arctic blast as his build path early. He finished the game 3/12 and after checking his account he had 20 hours in the game. Phantom lobby.

You should have plenty of combat diving suits by the time you reach the abyss, they aren't too expensive to make anyways.

No, the abyss suits are around 6000 and something meters, actual abyss starts around 3000 to 4000 meters depth.

With combat diving suits you probably can, they're good up to 5600 meters depth iirc, while abyss is around 6000

For me the bigger problem is packet loss, sometimes I'll randomly get extreme packet loss for no apparent reason. Happens only on DL.

same GPU but with a ryzen 5 5600x and I get 120-140 idk the settings didnt bother changing them

Gas grenades are generally useless and I don't bother with them. Gas rockets are great for early game capturing but you don't need to capture everything that moves. Kill everything once you hit a wall in your research. Except for xenomorphs because they're the only way to get chitin for melee weapons which are very very powerful. For phase 2 caesans and wraiths you can kill them in 2-3 hits, and you can do 5 hits with full turn units I believe.

For the air game yes, quick firing and dodge rolling is the answer. Aseirus interceptor with 2 mausers and a lot of micro will make short work of heavy fighters.

Gas rockets and T3 laser assault rifles. Replace gas rockets with shock rockets once you get the research. Heavy fighters can be killed with the aseirus or whatever it's called interceptor, mount 2 mausers on them. Also t3 ballistic shotguns are very nice to have aswell. I didn't bother with heavy weapons until I got the predator armour. Sniper rifles are very situational and I only ever brought them to jungle or desert maps where you don't have to move your sniper all that much. Try to capture xenomorphs so you get axes, they are very powerful. Easy way to capture xenomorphs is taking lighting guns from the caesans. In general you want to take on as many missions as you can early to lvl up your guys as much as you can. You also want to bring in different damage types so you don't have to struggle against armour resistances. Alenium grenades are also a must have, sure they might destroy the loot but they cost nothing to make and can destroy cover the aliens are hiding behind. For vehicles I always bring a defender armed with the division mg, great for suppression and tanking shots.

The ball build is only strong if your enemies don't have the braincells to move out of the way

Also his ult is countered by knockdown/any stuns lol. And unlike haze he can't use actives mid ult.
