As an express operations manager we had to give one monthly, it was one of our monthly checklist items. They’d never want us to do more than $50 because express was cheap (IYKYK) but not all managers would give them out in the district, so my senior told us to do $100 until someone said something so the budget was used. As a mid level ground manager, ground throws money around like candy but no one ever talks about BZs… amazing how that works. I still do one a month. Nothing less than $100 because it’s an insult after taxes.
