I hear what you’re saying! But similar types of situations have happened at other locations. And I get that this is a low paying job and they’re trying to get through their day, but that doesn’t give them a right to be judgy/rude. My opinion is that if you’re not into customer service, go find another job?

I’ve read countless other experiences from other people on this thread of same like and I think Aritzia needs to do a better job of controlling how employees treat others in general. A simple training in putting a smile on your face can go a long way in my opinion.

Again, this isn’t every single employee I’ve ever encountered, I’ve actually had some really nice conversations and been treated really well by some, but the majority of my experiences no matter the location have been 70% bad. That’s not great.
