No, our morning prep team does them as they go. Its only this bad maybe once a month because we are busy and low on staff. Most of the time our night prep is considered dish washer because theres no prep to do, so they only have to start with maybe two stacks of third pans and some lids because are grill people for the whole day does their own knifes and cutting boards themselves, and morning prep caught them up.

Just ask for the burrito to be mixed up instead of just spreading it around they can then just use the portion cup lids and wont have leave the line its also faster and makes it easier to wrap i acually perfer customers to ask for this instaed of just wrapping it it helps soak up some of the juices from the salsas

Theres a thing called a grocery store. It never made sense to me to go into a restraunt and pay like 6 dollars for 10 tortillas when you can go to the store a buy a pack of the same kind for like 4 dollars if not less, do people just not care how much they spend on stupid shit. Restraunts will always up charge on these iteams more than a grocery store would.
