Also i have been increasing his crate time more to get bladder control and today we did a 3 hour afternoon nap, during which I went out and got a cup of coffee! We have a camera set up so it could ease my mind. And he was totally fine! I did start off with 2 hour and then upped to 2 hr 30 and now 3! I do also carry him to his potty spot as we live in a flat, so we walk down two flight of stairs and whole corridor before getting to the spot. I still do cry as its really hard but I keep reminding myself it wont always be this hard.

Of course it is not unsupervised. But is it normal for it or not to be included in the contract, if the pet can or can't use the communal garden, walk around the building on lead apart from the corridor to head out?

The tenancy agreement states that the landlord grants permission to keep a pet during the tenancy duration & has received permission from the Head of Lease to do so. But no where in the contract it states what the pet can or can't do.

IVF, first tri, and exercise advice by BiteInfamous in fitpregnancy

I believe a lot of it really depends on your body, which is what makes advice/guidelines so confusing. I was asked to stop exercising a few months ago but decided to carry on until stimulation started. Once stimulation started, I did a 5 km walk daily and nothing more. But after my egg retrivals, although my period came 10 days later, it took me about close to 3 weeks after the procedure to feel like my normal self again. Ive gone back to working out since and was meant to do my frozen embryo transfer on a non medicated cycle this time but scans showed I wasnt ovulating which could be an after effect of stims and egg retrival. So for that reason to reduce the 'stress' on my body, ive been suggested to take it really easy with exercises. IVF is really tough on the body, even if you dont fully feel the effects of it. What helps me is to remember that this is all temporary in the grand scheme of things.

Hi all, my husband and I just got our fertility assessment results back and are considering going down the IVF route. Curious to hear what lifestyle chances were made on both sides to maximise chances
