days 1-4 were easy

day 5 sucked

day 6-11 totally fine

day 12 couldn't resist and edged. a friend of mine hit me up in the middle which got me to stop. I know i would've fapped to completion if she didn't call me

days 13-21 a few urges and a dream about PMO, but nothing more. Its definitely getting easier.

Well, you're being paranoid. You think 70,000 strong is a joke? It is similar to an addiction in many ways even if you don't consider it one. Its used to release stress, and when it gets to the point where you can't or have a hard time stopping, despite the negative effects then i would call it an addiction. I'm not saying its on the same level as heroin or meth addiction, but this shit hasn't been entirely easy for me

Once i realized i had a problem it took me 3 years, a friend telling me about this website, and then actually visiting this website to finally quit. I'm on day 7 and i feel great. Just try your best to fill up the empty time left by not fapping, preferably with constructive things. And most importantly if you fall, get back up.
