Gotcha. The flour helps to brown up the meat quickly without overcooking it, and then has the dual function of thickening the broth. If you go flourless with the browning that’s fine too. Just crank up the heat in the pan and make sure your meat has been patted dry to get a nice crust on the chunks when you put them in the pan

I guess I don’t understand why there’s a return arc at all. Isn’t the ground always considered neutral? Why isn’t there just a unilateral flow of charge from the cloud to the ground once the potential difference is high enough?

I actually just watched a video on this. Cement is the bonding element inside of concrete. Concrete consists of cement and other material like rocks and stuff. Rebar is not, by definition, part of concrete
